Encouraging tips!
I am trying to use the deck as a sort of thought for the day. I've been surprised at how well I'm actually doing, which is something I needed. I read the tips and hear them in Dr Perry Mandanis' voice and picture his kindly face, because that's how my brain works. I have a couple of favourites on my fridge and I'm not just picking out one tip a day, I pick out maybe 3, one after the other and hang onto the most appropriate one. For example, here I've found "I make the most of my restless energy". That makes me chuckle with recognition. Though I haven't got into fidget toys at all, as it suggests on the back of the card, and my fingers are raw with picking them. But I'm channelling my restless energy later to get me in the North Sea for a swim. That will really give me a boost. I love the deck and I need positive input and encouragement to counteract my self critical side.

Love these cards
I got these a few days ago and I am loving them, they are beautiful to look at, really nice texture and meaningful, practical and relevant without being patronising. I’m a 56 year old late diagnosed female so I’m still working things out and these are perfect for me at this time. Would recommend to anyone seeking practical and caring support from someone who really knows us! Thank you

Really pleased with these: I have been following the creator, Dr Perry Mandanis on Instagram for quite some time. He’s the real deal, a psychiatrist specialising in ADHD (unlike someone Instagram contributors I’ve seen).The card format makes the content really easy to access and select an area on which to focus, and the suggestions are realistic and doable. Really nice quality too 😊
