What you get is a large tub, a huge tub even so you need to find space for it, of Collagen and other elements, powder. I am not going to refer to all the contents because it might put me off using it and, they are set out on the Amazon product page so I will not repeat here.I have found Collagen to be one of the best supplements I have been taking of late as I can see an improvement in my nails and my hairdresser has spotted new tufts of hair so, I will keep taking it. It's early days for this particular brand. I also hope that Collagen will improve my creaky bones or, stop them creaking any further but, whether it has or not I don't know.The 500 gram tub includes a measuring scoop, always useful, but a dose is 3 scoops to provide a 20 gram serving, this gives 25 x doses so, you are looking at a cost of £1 per day which is not cheap.I prefer taking this in water but, you can put it in juice or a shake. It dissolves well and is virtually tasteless and this doesn't have a faint smell like others I have used. After my evening wine tipple, I have a large glass of water with the recommended dose ready to consume as my post supper tipple, works for me.This is stated to contain all natural ingredients sourced from and the product made in the UK so one should feel confident that all required regulations and safety standards have been met but the assertions made have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Agency and, the manufacturer also says that most of the ingredients would be absorbed by a normal healthy diet or, words to that effect. However, that is not going to stop individuals like me or you who are reading this, wanting to get a little extra by way of a supplement.Personally, I am preferring the powder to taking a tablet so, I recommend this if you are willing to pay £1 per day to get your collagen, I was lucky enough to receive this on the Vine programme and, notwithstanding this includes other elements, I would need to see some real results before purchasing a tub, hence 4*.

Great quality protein powder with added collagen really easy to take simply to mix into your drink/food does not alter the taste. Really happy with this product no side effects

I've only taken this for a week but I can't take it any more because it smells so bad and, despite the description, it does have a taste. So it may work brilliantly if taken for a period of time, but I can't get there.
