Nice Emency radio, camping, power outage
I purchased 4 of these for Christmas for my young adults that do a lot of camping and hunting. Never hurts to have enough emergency supplies and i really wanted to get them solar powdered and weather radios.Happy with this radio. Features include 3 ways to charge, solar, wall, crank handle. All 3 work well. Ofcourse cranking is always tedious. But if it is an emergency it will work.Includes 2 flashlight options. One on front and one under the solar panel.Includes an all-band radio. Fm, AM, SW, Wc weather. FM has dialed in easily and is playing local channels with no static. The WX weather channel that came in is clear to hear but has some static.Included a charging USB cord that works to charge the radio and also to charge my Samsung Galaxy phone when using radio as a power bank.Has a head phone plug in, usb-c output port for charging devices and a USBA input port for self charging. It is covered with a little rubber cover. There is a reaset down in the headphone port.Has a digital clock by radio display. This product is not water safe or resistant.Comes with a strap.Comes with clear instructions.Overall I feel the product has good bang for your money.

Regular Charging Required To Hold Set Time And Radio Stations
Charge the Outdoor Multifunctional Emergency Weather all-band radio regularly to hold the time and radio station settings. The charging icon didn't show a full charge until, six hours later, I unplugged it. The symbols/words on the black buttons are difficult to see, even under perfect light conditions. The multifunctional buttons also have very small letters etched on the orange plastic body of the weather radio. In an emergency you must push the power button and then the SOS button, flashlight button, etc. There are so many buttons and functions, a person would most likely forget how to operate them in an emergency. If you don't have good lighting, and the complicated instruction insert, it would be difficult to reset the various functions. So, be sure to keep it regularly charged so you don't have to reset everything. Instructions are not intuitive, but not too bad if you use full automation scan to locate and store the station frequencies. Once the AM/FM/SW/and weather channels are set, there is good reception. The hand crank is easy to turn, however, the fold out handle would be difficult for large, or arthritic fingers, to grasp. It comes with a shoulder strap, and a 20" charging cord with a Type-C USB charging port. I exchanged some emails with the seller, Haosailei. I was repeatedly asked questions I had already answered. When I requested a replacement weather/emergency radio since the charging icon and reading light were faulty, communications stopped. Customer service never told me the reading light was under the solar panel, when I told them the reading light was not working. Because I read another review of this radio, I discovered where the reading light was. After a second charge, the reading light is now working. I have not attempted to charge anything, such as a cell phone, with this emergency radio. It is a decent emergency weather radio for the price.

Good emergency radio for tech savvy
There are too many buttons. I got lost pretty quickly and could not figure it out without the instructions. I returned it for a simpler version.

Useful Gadget, Sturdy, Good Value
This radio is a very useful little gadget to have on hand for emergencies.A hardcore prepper may not be impressed by this emergency radio, but it’s good enough for me and will likely meet the needs of most people. This device is simple to operate and is sturdy. All of the features and functions listed in the product description are accurate and present in the product I received. Notably, the radio can be charged in a few useful ways: 1) by USB-C cable connected to an external DCV5 power source, 2) by solar panel, and 3) by manual hand crank. The internal battery can be used to charge a smart phone or other small electronic devices. During an extended power outage, this radio will allow you to keep your phone charged indefinitely via the manual hand crank. The sound quality of the radio is decent and the flashlight is fairly powerful. The SOS alarm was surprisingly loud and could possibly be useful in a number of situations (ex: draw attention to lost/stranded hikers, deter aggression from wild animals, scare off pests/scavengers, etc).Ultimately, in my opinion, this radio is a great value for the price paid. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.
