The media could not be loaded. I’ve always wanted to try a vibrating plate exercise machine so I finally took the plunge and I am so glad I did. It’s the actual one piece of equipment that you cannot recreate the movement without the machine. I was delighted to feel the results after my first use. It made me feel awake and mindful of my body and physical space. The sound of the machine is like a low hum so not bad audibly on the ears. Seems durable and sturdy. The remote is simple and functional. I honestly don't know why I didn't think this would come with the remote, but in case you are wondering it does. I also am very pleased that it doesn’t take up much space as I planned to keep it in my bathroom by the bathroom scale. Figured adding this to my morning routine might be a good way to build consistency. I even thought about taking it into the office and keeping it under my desk but after taking a video of myself LOL there's no way lol, but treat yourself. You deserve it. I cannot speak to pain relief or if this is a great value since This is my first one but so far so good!

I couldn't believe how I was actually breaking a sweat just standing on this vibrating plate. It was easy to use, great quality and love how It comes with a remote control. It comes with different vibration levels and is very functional.

When I first started using this product it worked great but a couple of days outside of my return window it started making a really bad noise every time I step on the right side it sounds like something's about to break so I stopped using it 😞🤷

I have tried this product before during my light therapy sessions and thought it was awesome! I had to order one for myself. It’s easy to navigate and has several functions and work out programs. I highly suggest to use it not just for legs but also arms or upper body strength. It’s a great tool to use after the gym or even if you don’t go to the gym. A few minutes on this feel like a full work out!

WOW!!! This is a powerful shake if you want it! It's great to move your whole body, mostly the lower half. Excellent!

I got this to try out for lymphatic drainage. I have never done something like this before but I think it's helping. I have had less swelling. It has taken me time to build up to being able to stay on without it becoming itchy. It is small enough to not take up a lot of space but it's big enough to stand on.
