Inner Balance Acupressure Mat Set Natural HIPS Plastic Full Mat Set with Carry Bag for Back and Neck Pain Relief HSA/FSA Eligible

I wanted to try an acupressure mat. I’m not super familiar but have heard about them in social media. This is my first one and it seems very good quality and I love that It has a pillow and back mat and two extra mats to use for legs or arms and a carrying case. I’m still trying to find my groove and how to use them, but so far I like it. I put one on my bedside to step on when I get out of bed. I have one at my sink so I can step on it when I brush my teeth. The back mat I will use for relaxation to lay on the floor or sit with on the couch. If it’s on bear skin, it can be uncomfortable for a few minutes, but it does go away and I think that’s where the relief comes in after. If you have a T-shirt or socks on, it is less intense. I plan to work up to use on bare skin more regularly. I believe in acupuncture and acupressure which is why I got this mat. I just need to watch a few more you tubes to figure out how to incorporate in my daily life but so far I love it when I can stand sit or lay in it for a few minutes. If you have interest in acupressure at all I highly recommend. This one is high quality and affordable!

The spikes on the acupressure mat are too sharp and uncomfortable, causing pain rather than relaxation. The pillow is also uncomfortable, and I can't seem to find a comfortable position to use it. Overall, it's not a pleasant experience, and I don't recommend it.

I love relaxation products, and those that help give me towards homeopathic relief. This mat is so awesome. This was a nice addition to my natural care. I like to use it when I am giving myself a full at home spa treatment, but I also like to use it when my neck and back are tight and making me headachy.This helps give me some of the guidance that I need to feel better. Doesn't help with stress relief? Yes it does. Does it help with pain? Yes it does for me. I love it!

Great for relaxation. Super nice quality. Very easy to set up and use. The functionality is fairly simple to use. Wonderful for pain relief. Great value for what all you get. The Inner Balance is a must have! Love ❤️ the way it makes you feel. Great for hips!
