I had high hopes for the ronfnea Mini Nasal Irrigation System, but unfortunately, it did not deliver the results promised in the product description. While the device created suction in my nasal canal, the water never entered as it was supposed to. This made the irrigation process ineffective and frustrating.I followed all the instructions provided, tried different positions, and ensured everything was set up correctly, but nothing seemed to resolve the issue. The concept of dual speed and auto waste collection is appealing, but in practice, it didn't live up to expectations.I wanted to love this product because of its portability and potential convenience, but it failed to provide the sinus relief I was looking for. Hopefully, the manufacturer can address these issues in future versions.

I've never used a Neti pot so I can't compare this to that, but this thing really clears you out. It definitely takes some getting used to and being comfortable with, but if you let it work it really helps clear those nasal passages. Very easy to use and put together. One side shoots water up your nose and the other side sucks the water out. It was a weird feeling having the water pass through. Sometimes I was too congested that the water couldn't pass, so I just stopped pressing the button.I appreciate that you are provided with a large bag of saline mixes.Tip: Pour your sterile water into the side with the larger opening of the container. I also just used the end of the tube to mix the saline solution better with the water. Also, make sure to use it with your head facing forward, not down.

The irrigator works as expected clearing out nasal passages. The nasal tips are on the large size and takes some time to position. Easy to use and clean.

I was hoping this would be a good replacement for my neti pot. My first experience was a disaster. The pressure was just to high for the level of congestion I had. Water went through my inner ear, down my throat, it was painful. I didn't give it up though and tried and when I was a little less congested and was able to hold my breath for most of it. I still had some leakage but not to my inner ear. I think it work better if there were a smaller nasal pillow option. To me they were just too big and uncomfortable. I couldn't fit them to stop the water from leaking out.

First off...I would like to say that this product works absolutely amazing!! The dual motor system is next level, however...it is not waterproof🫨! The unit I purchased worked great the first 3-4 nights, then it started to act up. The bottom button stopped working, then it wouldn't turn off so I opened the battery compartment and water came dripping out. The batteries and terminals already had rust after 1 week! I set it aside to dry out for 10 days, cleaned the terminals, and put new batteries.... nothing...and I can return it for a refund 😫

I have always used a pot style nasal rinse but wanted to try an irrigation machine. It is very easy to use, effectively but gently flushing your sinuses. Assembly is easy, the saline packets are easy to put in the reservoir which is clearly marked with a fill line. There are two pressure settings, the nose pillow attachments are comfortable. You do need to use just the right pressure on your nostrils to flush and collect water. The cleaning tube attachment is a nice touch. Very good investment for a good quality item. Recommended.

This little machine is amazing! Pollen has been terrible this spring and it has been a lifesaver. I love the two suction level options and it’s grossly satisfying to see how much is cleared from the sinuses.
