GLP1 supplement
This supplement actually works. I’ve been on it for 2 weeks and lost 3 pounds. However it does not stop all of the feelings of being hungry and lightly quiets the brain chatter.

Overpriced
I haven’t noticed a difference. I don’t believe it works. It is just an overpriced pro/prebiotic.

Is the Name Just for Premium Pricing?
Read carefully. I can't help but wonder if they are using the term GLP because the drug by that name has such a rave following. These seem to be just a plain old Prebiotic and Probiotic. Did they just add the GLP to the name in order to justify the premium pricing? I've virtually no experience or expertise in Pre/Probiotics so I could be way off base in these thoughts. The product and package both seem to be great quality. The pills stink, but no more odoriferous than the only other probiotic I've tried. I suspect that's normal and unavoidable. Once you choke them down, no aftertaste. by choke them down I mean only due to the smell as the pills themselves are easy enough to swallow. The bottle is glass, not plastic. First I've seen that in ages, and probably a good thing as glass is less porous, keeping the contents fresher and preventing the internal smell from escaping. (I do have a bit of experience in packaging design and selection. I wasn't impressed that the bottle is only about 1/3 full, but it is a full 30 day supply, typical. I like the daily dose being only 1 pill, in line with the other probiotic I tried. No significant noticeable immediate effect for me, and I'm not prescribed GLP-1 drugs, but I'll be back to update after finishing the bottle if I start to notice better effect.

Still unsure, but I'd not recommend this Triquetra GLP-PRO product - the weights are 270% off
We've used supplements for years. I used to use the label, both what is and what is NOT there, to judge the supplement. Until I found a label that claimed to have 1000 mg per capsule. I've filled capsules, I know that's not so easy. I started weighing my supplements and out of the 1st 6 I weighed, 5 were woefully underweight. If you use supplements, you owe it to yourself to get scale. I use a Taylor kitchen scale purchased from a warehouse store and an Amir kitchen scale purchased from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/AMIR-Upgraded-500g-0-01g-Stainless-Batteries/dp/B01HCKQG7G ).Here is my opinion of Triquetra GLP-ProWhile there is NO information on the product stating where it is made, the only information I see that even comes close is in the Product details in the ad. It states country of origin: USA. The definition for Country of origin (CO) is: represents the country or countries of manufacture, production, design, or brand origin where an article or product comes from. So, the item could be designed in or the brand name from USA, while production takes place outside the USA. This is why I trust only the 'Made in (country name)', and want to see it ON the product. In this case, It does NOT state Made in USA on the label. I called the company at the phone number on the bottle to ask where the product is made and where the ingredients are sourced. The man answered USA to both. I did not ask why it's not on the bottle. The product states it contains 30 billion TFU of akkermansia and 4 billion CFU of GLP Pro complex. I asked the man on the phone what the weights would be for those, and he said the weight would be negligible - 1 mg. He said the same for the 4 billion CFU of the GLP Pro Complex. An internet search agrees, stating: According to available information, 30 billion TFU of Akkermansia Muciniphila, a type of probiotic bacteria, would typically weigh around 0.001 grams (or 1 milligram) when measured in a dried powder form. So, in my weighing of the powder in the capsules, I did not add any weight for the TFU or CFU.There is a difference between TFU and CFU, and in microbiology, "TFU" stands for "Total Fluorescent Units," representing the total count of cells (both live and dead) in a sample when measured using fluorescent staining, while "CFU" stands for "Colony Forming Units," which only counts the viable bacteria capable of forming colonies on a culture plate, essentially signifying the number of live and actively dividing cells in a sample; meaning TFU includes all cells, while CFU only counts the viable, culturable ones. So, the akkermansia in this supplemnet could very well be all dead and provide no benefit. Whenchoosing a supplement, it seems better to make sure you're getting CFU, not TFU.I opened and weighed the powder in 3 capsules. The weights were 530 mg, 570 mg, and 520 mg. The label states the Butyragen complex is 200 mg. I asked the company on the phone about the fillers used, rice flour and diatomaceous earth, and if that is what accounts for the 'extra weight' when I weighed the supplement. I was told they use no fillers, and that the capsule is made of rice flour and DE, and the capsule is what accounts for the extra weight. When I restated that I weighed just the powder, I was told the company weighs the powder in a vacuum, and that there is a difference than when weighed in open air. I restated asking 'the powder weighs less in a vacuum?' and this was confirmed. I thanked the rep for his time. I then used an internet search asking, "does powder weighed in a vacuum weigh less than weighed in open air?" The answer was, "No, when weighed in a vacuum, a powder will actually weigh slightly more than when weighed in open air because the air around it in normal conditions exerts a small upward buoyant force, making it appear slightly lighter; in a vacuum, this buoyant force is absent, so the true weight of the powder is measured" Notice the word 'slightly'. The weights I got averaged 340 mg more than they should. The powder in the capsules averages 270% more than the 200 mg on the label.I can't fault the kind man on the phone, and perhaps he is correct and the internet is wrong. Perhaps I should have emailed my questions as the label instructs to do for questions. Either way, I have more questions now that when I started reviewing this supplement, and because of that, I will not use it, nor can I recommend it.

My new favorite probiotic
This is one of the best probiotics I've come across. It's a really unique science based formulation. It's just 3 ingredients: 30 Billion TFUs of pasteurized Akkermansia, 4 Billion CFUs of Lactospore, DE111, and Munispore, plus 200mg tributyrin. Pastuerized akkermansia is a really interesting ingredient and has shown equal or greater benefits than live akkermansia, and the 30 Billion TFU is an excellent dosage and far more than you would get in live probitics. The 4B dosage of DE111 and Lactospore and Munispore is also excellent, and these are probiotic strains with dozens of clinical trials supporting their benefits. Finally you get a solid 200mg dosage of tributyrin which has a number of benefits for gut and metabolic health. There are only 30 servings per bottle, but it's a really fantastic formulation and one of the better probiotics I've found. I would definitely recommend this considering the quality of the ingredients, and it's great as a universal probiotic and gut health supplement and not just for GLP-1 support.
