It is just as represented and we bought the cheapest one of the various models. I does not come with instructions, but is intuitive enough whereby they aren't needed. Just make sure you don't put the straining mesh in upside down, as the correct way is counter-intuitive (look at the photos on the box). The strainers go in with the rounded (convex) end pointing *up*.

Just starting my canning journey and this is a game changer.

Highlights: The three different grates are nice; they allow for various seed sizes. Pretty easy to assemble. Rotation of blade is smooth. Easy to disassemble and clean.The Not so Nice: I wish the actual blade had a more acute angle. It was fine for small items like berries, but larger pieces are likely not to fall under the blade. You will need a spatula to push them under. Also, you can only put a small amount in at a time or the fruit just rides on top of the blade.

best - the best, I have tried others [more expensive ] and broke on the first use - this one is great the discs give a choice of grind - easy the clean and sturdy

I just received this and used it to get the seeds out pomegranate arils to make jam. It was so easy to put together use and clean. I put 6 cups of arils in it and there was plenty of room. I totally love this mill and can’t wait to use it for other jams and sauces!

Previous review in error. It was user error. Be sure to line up grooves in plates.Rotation blade scrubbed and scrapped the entire time. Such a loud grinding noise. I disassembled and reassembled and it still happened.

Quality of this was so nice.
