Feels great! Fabric is soft but just firm enough. I have spine and neck issues. 3 warm settings. Middle setting is the best for me. It is actually very relaxing and a very well thought out design and features. It does not include a plug. But I used my portable power bank to connect to and works great. extremely portable this way. 10 stars if i can give it on here.

Heats up very fast, and feels so good on a sore neck. You can change it around two ways to lay on and it stretches even more. I only use the top heat setting, and it stays arm the whole time. It's worth the money. It feels sturdy. I can like to use it while laying in bed.

This does feel good and you can really feel the heat. Feels nice! But I guess I read it wrong. It said massage nodules, I thought it vibrates or something to actually massage as well. My fault for not reading it well, I guess. But it did feel good and I hope it helps my neck pain.

This helps so much. I've been having neck pain, and I decided to try this out. It is really nice quality. The heating element heats up very fast and feels so good on your neck. I love the way this thing stretches my neck out. It's really easy to use and easy to store too. I just layed it on the floor and put it under the base of my neck. It crack my neck as soon as i put pressure on it. I definitely recommend.
