Though I have gifed it to someone, they are enjoying a lot of benefits with the device.

The instructions in this device are very simplistic. They state, "insert a card, power on, input wifi key and connect to internet". That is it, your full instructions.You need to get a data sim card and install it. My understanding is you then need to purchase data usage for that card before you can connect.. If this is supposed to connect anywhere then I cannot work out how to do it. It appears that the mobile network you select might not offer the coverage you require for data. You might only get 4G not 5G.I have purchased a any network sim from Amazon, inserted it, and I get the same coverage as I do on my phone. In areas where I have no phone coverage, (and I have plenty of no signal areas around here,) I have no connection on this device either. I either need more information on how to use this device or the advertising is false. I have no guaranteed connection, my device only connects at 4G, and it is more expensive if you are a high data user that a broadband connection.

I bought this while traveling because my airbnb had bad wifi and its a very solid product. Easy to use, nice display, and I'm even able to game with it.
