I just got these today and I can already tell you that I am in love with the fit and design. I have worn them all day and I am loving it. The pouch is perfectly sized (I’m a D) and a medium waist. The support is incredible and the freedom that they offer is amazing. Not really commando but close to. With gym shorts the access is super easy, whether it’s through the leg or over the waist. Simply release the hold behind your balls and everything is exposed. Then a quick pull of them behind the balls and you are on your way. Great design!I want to update my review after I have worn them on and off for a couple of weeks. After a couple of days I started to feel a sharp pain in my testicle. I wasn’t sure what it was from, but I stopped wearing these for a while and the pain went away. After wearing them again for a couple of more days the pain returned. I am convinced that it is due to the pressure placed on the taint all day. I have worn a medium size with a D pouch. I won’t return them and will use them more as a short term wear for the gym and not all day. Still love the look!

These are nearly perfect for when you want something to keep everything in place and separate but don't want to feel like you're wearing anything. They're like a jockstrap minus the leg straps. (The underside of the pouch is reinforced with sturdy but comfortable elastic to keep it in place.)I love that you pick both waist size AND POUCH SIZE. (Scroll through the item photos to find the pouch size guide). And they have an impressively broad size range.

These take a bit to get used to, but once you've worn them for a while they're good. I'm an average size guy, size M, so I ordered a B size pouch, I'm thinking a C would have been better. Unlike a regular 3 strap jock or G string which pull your stuff in toward your body this lifts and pulls your junk away from your body and makes it appear like you have an erection even when you don't. So wearing this under a more form fitting short in public will draw some attention. I haven't worn it when doing anything overly physical, so I don't know how well everything stays in place. Overall, It's good.

The visual of the product looks comfortable and well made. The mistake is in the sizing guide and my interpretation. I based it on ball size not thinking about the shaft that also needs to be placed inside. 7"shaft 4" girth does not fit inside the c pouch comfortably with the balls .

I got these cause I keep seeing them on tictok and I can say they are nice. I'm just not sure i got the right size. I bought a c and not sure if it should have been a d? O well

This is the second set of these I've ordered. The first one I ordered on a lark, because the concept of what I'd call a "strapless jock" seemed humorous to me. Despite the lack of rear support, these have become one of my most favorite jock straps. I've found the pouch sizing to be true on this product, they fit me quite well with the "D" size regardless of environmental conditions. It's extremely rare that they "pop off" my package, which I expected the first pair to do immediately and every time I tried to wear them. As I would advise with all their products, measure, measure, measure. Not just once or on one occasion, but in a variety of situations, temperatures, etc. The variation in the male anatomy is significantly affected by multiple things. With this one, I'd advise against going much smaller than you might think you need, but definitely you probably shouldn't go larger even if you're close to the next size up. Unlike their other products, pouch sizing is much more important due to the lack of the lower straps. Losing support isn't something you want with any strap.

34" wasit. Ordered size L per fit guide. Fit was good. Waist band was comfortable. Based on fit guide, ordered cup size C. This was the right fit. Snug, not too tight. Everything is definitely front and center. For my intended use, It is unfortunate that there is a seam running down the middle of the pouch. This, coupled with the package forward impact creates a visual that telegraphs through shorts or compression shorts that is a little too graphic. If you intend this more for visual impact, that may be what you are after. I got this to work out in. I did try it during a HIIT class. Stayed in place was comfortable during the workout. I kept it on about two hours after the class and the elastic at the bottom of the pouch became uncomfortable. Definitely not an all day wear product for me. Concept and fit are five stars. Seam placement and practicality for my use brought it down.

Sizing this is so difficult. I did a C pouch, not taking into account the shaft goes in too. I should have gone with the baseball or maybe even the polo ball. My junk isn't entirely enveloped by the fabric. I try stretching it around but, inevitably, it all comes out as soon as I start walking.Go up a size if you consider your overall package larger than average.
