Good customer service
I purchased these for my husband who had recent foot surgery. On the first day that he wore them he got a hole in them . The boot itself is very sturdy on the bottom which is great for outdoor use. The material seems to be loose so it hangs done a little low so my husband had walked on it without knowing and that’s how he got the hole. I contacted the company and they responded right away . Asked for a picture and said they would send me a new pair no charge . Unfortunately Amazon lost it in shipping somewhere . Contacted them again and they said that they would issue me a credit . I ordered another pair through Amazon . Now when he wears them he uses an elastic band and wraps it around the calf of the boot to keep the material from dropping down. Seems to be working out well.

It beats the mud and snow!
This boot fits over an XL Soft Walking Cast perfectly. It keeps out the snow and slush and my foot stays warm and dry. The extra tread design on the sole provides much needed traction on slippery surfaces. It is easy to put on and take off.Is it worth $44.00 for a relatively short life usage? That's up to where you live and the elements thereabouts. I will use mine for about one month then it will reside in the closet, hopefully, forever! But then again, I may have to have a total right ankle joint replacement at some future date? But for now the left foot is toasty warm and dry, clean too!

It works, could benefit from additional adjustability
This cover works pretty well. My wife used it at the beach to keep sand out of her boot. There are a few snaps at the top that allow you to adjust the cover to fit your calf. It does tend to slip down a bit while walking, a draw string at the top might be an improvement. Similarly, it can slide off the bottom of the boot some. A strap, like one bike riders use to keep their pants legs secure, might prevent this. It did keep her boot from getting sandy.

Very necessary
I broke my foot in January in PA. It's very snowy and very cold here and I have to wear an air cast (medical boot) for at least 6 weeks, maybe more if they have to do surgery to repair a torn ligament. I couldn't see how I was going to wear it in the house all day and then go out and walk through slushy, muddy parking lots and streets full of snow and salt. Never mind my toes stick out so they would end up wet and cold. I wear a womens 9 and I chose an XL because I was worried about getting it on over the boot. I probably should have gotten a L. It's a little floppy on the bottom. But it's a lifesaver. My foot and this $350 boot stay clean and dry no matter how messy and cold it is out. Ive been wearing it every time I go out for 2 weeks and the bottom is sturdy. No rips, tears, holes. The bottom has a good rubber tread. It does feel a little loose and floppy so I'm extra careful and take my time walking but, again, I think its a bit too big. Well worth the money not to track all this in my house and to have warm dry feet. It is also relatively easy to out on and take off. It has a zipper all the way up the back with a snap on either side to secure it and the top is elastic to hold it up on your calf. It isn't uncomfortable in any way

Good fit, keeps your boot dry & clean!
Sizing matches my boot’s size, and the cover is a very good fit. Easy on and off, snaps at the top are helpful. This is a very helpful thing to have despite the added cost.

Kept my foot warm and dry!
I was in a boot for over a month. During winter. In wet, salty, slushy messy snowy sidewalks and roads. I didn't want to walk through that and ruin the boot, bring all that nastiness inside my house, or get my toes wet and cold! This boot cover was a life saver! It was slip resistant, kept my toes nice and dry. Was pretty easy to get on and off. Towards the end of the month of wearing it every day and in harsh conditions I did get some holes around the sides and by the toe area. So I would just suggest the company add a little thicker covering by the toes. But 110% would recommend! I had a ton of people ask me about it, the VA hospital even wanted to look into getting some for people. So definitely will be getting another one when I get surgery on my ankle and have to be in a boot again

Not practical or functional. Looks pretty.
The media could not be loaded. I waited almost a week for this boot to arrive from Amazon. I’ve been using a plastic bag and duct tape to keep my boot clean when I work outside I put it over my boot and was completely disappointed that it did not in anyway secure itself to the inside boot . It’s simply flops around I seriously have to wonder if there was any thought put into this design. Please consider improvements on this cover .

Good Fit for Full Height Cast
Good cover for my full height cast. Sole is durable. Good fit. Rear entry zippers are helpful. Keeps my cast clean and dry when working outside.
