Went looking for a solution for badly chafed nipples after running. There are obviously solutions tailor made for this on Amazon and elsewhere. They're ridiculously expensive for what they are though. These do the job perfectly at a fraction of the price. Worn them for dozens of 5 mile runs, I've not had one come off at all, despite being a heavy sweater!In short, good for running - one less thing to think about when you're exercising.

Good value for money

Whilst the plasters themselves are ideal the packaging is not.First you'll destroy a few plasters whilst trying to free them as you continue to bleed & when you realize they only open from 1 side you'll wish they could have made that clearer from the start.

Bought these for Husband who is always scratching himself on bushes etc when in garden!

These were not fabric as expected but we’re plastic and do not stay on, they were also out of date with an expiry date of 29/1/23.

This is the third time I buy these spot plasters as they are very good & stick well on spots, sadly this batch is almost expired, I got them today 16/09/2024 & they expire on 28/10/2024.They are cheap so one pays for the price.I guess I will keep using them so long as they stick as they are not food so won't rot :(

Bought these as nipple plasters to wear when running. Boy, do they stick well! Ran London Marathon wearing them and they did a faultless job despite the blood, sweat and tears (all mine).
