Seems to be working
I have been using this on a bottlebrush shrub that is struggling with some sort of fungus, and after using it for a while I can see improvement and less obvious fungus so happy to report it appears to be working. Organic, natural ingredients of water, potassium salts and natural soya oils, so no dodgy chemicals. Bit pricey at current price of £13 for a 200ml bottle though, and randomly the 500ml bottle is priced less at £10 so choose your size option carefully.

Works very well
I used on my citrus trees that are inside for the winter. This takes care of the black spot quickly. A great product! A bit on the expensive side, but then so are my trees...

insecticidal soap
This is a review of 'Fungus Defence Plus Spray 200ml | Organic Plant Protection | Targets Blackspot, Mildew, Leaf Spot, Blight, Rust | Ideal for Indoor & Outdoor Use | Safe on Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers | Natural Defence'.This is a fungus defence spray for using on indoor and outdoor plants. This is meant to treat fungal diseases on plants which can include powdery mildew, blackspot, rust, blight, etc. I find when there is not enough air circulation inside this can cause fungal issues on my houseplants, and this inevitably happens more in winter due to my reluctance to open the windows and let in the cold. I got this to try and treat this issue, however it appears to be just insecticidal soap with no fungicides added. I'm not sure if this will be sufficient to remove fungal issues long term, although in some cases like powdery mildew, cleaning it off can be enough if you also take other steps like decreasing humidity and improving air circulation. I don't know why they described this as a fungal treatment though, as it's really just water and horticultural soap. I suppose if you are reluctant to use chemical pesticides and fungicides, this would be something to try? Overall it's an ok product but I feel they should be more transparent in the listing about its mechanism of action.

One product with different names (?) and perhaps not safe for pets
It's winter as I write this review so we're not actively spraying this on our plants or shrubs/trees yet, however we've used products from this brand before and they have worked well. The descriptions says that this is made from eco-friendly ingredients (just water, potassium salts and soya oils according to the bottle) and is natural and biodegradable, however it also states that this product should be kept out of the reach of children and pets. We will just have to be careful where we spray it and keep the plants away from our cats and dog. It's okay for use on fruit trees and on greenhouse vegetables so it can't be toxic. The thing that confuses me is that this Fungus Defence Spray contains the exact same ingredients as the Houseplant Bug Killer Spray from the same manufacturer. The text on the bottles is very, very similar, yet this costs over 3 times more per litre. Is it just the same versatile liquid rebranded and price adjusted? Who knows. This product claims to target common plant fungi. It can be used on fruit trees, vegetables, berries and flowers as well as houseplants. I will update this review next summer when we've had a good time to test it on all manner of plant or tree. This costs just under £10 for a 200ml bottle which is a bit pricey (especially when compared to similar products from the same manufacturer). I expect this product to work quite well however be aware of the fact that it might not be so good in a household with pets.

I love this brand and their products
I used it on my plantsin particular to get rid of these fungus spots and marksThe plants are still alive and they look good. The parasites are gone. Dead. Finally.A very good products that kills the parasites but not the plants and it does not smell bad.

How does it differ from the insecticidal spray - and why does it cost so much more?
I have just submitted 5-star reviews for Ready Steady Defend's Insecticidal Soap Sprays, admittedly based more on impressions than actual results at this time of year. However, this Fungus Defence Plus Spray is bringing out the cynic in me. It contains exactly the same ingredients - aqua (what's wrong with "water"?!), potassium salts and natural soya oils - and yet costs £12.99 for 200ml, whereas a litre bottle of the insecticide costs £14.99 - for 5 times as much! There's no indication in the listing or on the bottles of the proportion of each ingredient so it's not possible to determine just what's in each spray. Interestingly, the wording is very similar for both products, but the label on the bottle of fungus spray says that it is "based on insecticidal soap" - not fungicidal soap!Yes, this organic fungicidal spray ticks all the boxes for being natural, safe and eco-friendly, and produces a nice fine mist for spraying your plants, but for me, a 200ml spray is going to be empty in no time, as most of my fungal problems are outdoors, particularly blackspot on my climbing roses. In the new year, I shall conduct an experiment using both the insecticidal and fungus sprays on my roses - and submit a follow-up review on the results! Until then, I'm afraid I'm only going to give this product 3 stars.
