Great bag! Does fit under the seat.
When checking a large bag for a cruise I wanted a carry-on I didn't need to carry. This is perfect, it has lots of storage, wheels, and the handle is long enough for a tall woman. The only problem is that it completely fills up the space under the seat leaving no room for my long legs. My solution was to fill a small bag with those items I would want at my seat for easy to access and then put the bag in the overhead. When I am not checking a bag, and only doing carry-on, I will probably use a smaller bag that leaves me room for my legs to stretch out, for a cruise vacation this is perfect.

Awesome Carry-On, lots of compartments for storage
This French Connection Underseat Carry-On Luggage USB-C Ports, Black, 16-inch is very well constructed that's made of nylon and is very compact. It has many features like a telescopic trolley handle that is adjustable for height, USB port for charging devices multiple pockets/compartments for storage and in-line blade wheels that add to stability when transporting. I really like the various compartments that allow for dedicated storage for toiletries, clothes, shoes, laptops, etc. There is ample storage/space for a weekend stay somewhere. The USB-port also comes with the usb-c and usb-a cable to plug a power bank in. Overall, this is a nice carry-on luggage that is lightweight and moderately priced.

Poor quality - seam ripped on first use
Very poor quality. After very first trip, upon return the seam had split. Luckily no luggage fell out, but the hole in the seam was big enough to fit a whole hand through. Cute but an absolute waste of money.
