Really impressed - Purchased 15 - not a single fault - works well - cheap - discreet
The media could not be loaded. We installed 15 of these to replace the large ugly bulkhead emergency lighting for our hotel.The ballast goes in the roof cavity so it cant be seen. The light fits onto the ceiling in the same way as an LED down light, you need to drill a hole big enough for the light - 7cm.The construction does NOT appear cheap. The cable connecting the ballast to the light is robust - more so than I expected. The ballast cover is solid and snaps securely into place.The light unclips from the ballast so its easier to wire and install. You can wire your live and neutral and install the ballast in the ceiling - then plug the light in. so your not juggling the whole thing up on a ladder!The final product is discreet and professional looking. The outer part of the light can be taken off so you can reduce the size of the light from 14cm to 8.5cm.The unit has a test button.Once the power is cut the emergency light is activated - and its BRIGHT! see photo. We have 15 - its as bright as day when the power is cut.We almost didn't buy these because of the bad review. My suspicion is that Mr "faulty" didn't plug the battery into the board. The other bulkheads we purchased also had the battery unplugged. See video. When its charging a red light flashes and when its charged the red light is constant. Its possible he thought it was a fault light... who knows?I really like these that's why I bothered with the review and why I think what Mr "faulty" said was so unfair.

Easy to install in preparation for possible power cuts this winter.
These Emergency Lights are easy to install and are unobtrusive.I’ve installed them in preparation for possible Power Cuts this winter instead of searching for a torch when power does fail.

Only lasted 6 Months
Only been installed for 6 Months and now not working. NO LED showing when on charge.

Great product at a bargain price
I have fitted similar lights more than three times the price and these do the job just s well, a really bright LED that turns on during a power cut to provide emergency illumination. Can't fault it.
