Taken for 6+ weeks now, saw no significant change initially but over time I did feel like general aches and pains were far less. Had a recurrent shoulder issue that seems to have disappeared. Recovery after runs is quicker and general flexibility and suppleness has improved. I also noticed that my sleep has improved overall. I guess improving your blood flow/circulation will impact many aspects of your health for the better.6 weeks in I’d say I’m feeling the benefit, I take 2 every morning, first thing and don’t eat until later.Once, when taken on a full stomach, I felt sick so I take when I wake, the Japanse eat natto first thing so I tried to emulate that. I’ve actually noticed positive improvements just recently so persevere for 2 months at least as it’s not an immediate response. Ordered again.

This supplement was recommended on a facebook group for people living with essential hypertension. I have tried it for 2 weeks now but haven’t noticed any noticeable difference but it takes longer than that to notice so I am hopeful. It had worked wonders for the person who recommended it though so I think it is worth a try. I had one a day as recommended.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol so thought I should try this Nattokinase capsules. I’ve used Nattokinase capsules before, but this is the first one which comes with hemp flour which I had never heard of. Concerned, I did a search and found that hemp flour is an excellent product for lowering the glycemic index of a dish, which prevents cardiovascular diseases.The capsules are of a standard oval-shape, have no smell or aftertaste and easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed any health benefits so far but this is a 90-day supply so I'll see if I can see any difference after a few months.

I like it so far a lot. It is really a food stuff. Natto is what almost all Japanese people eat of breakfast but it is a strong taste and westerners cant handle the food. SO we take this to increase or circulatory health and it is is know to work very very well. There a huge numbers of studies . But it si really a food .

I was recently alerted to the possible value of Nattokinase by Dr Ford Brewer in more than one Youtube video. I had previously tried to buy the Japanese fermented soy food Natto, but it is hard to find, expensive and not very nice (to a Western palate). I am attracted by its anti-fibrin possibilities, which may reduce my chances of heart attack and / or stroke.I also like the honesty of Alpha01's ad., where they headline exactly how many capsules we are expected to take daily (just one), the dose that will give (100mg), the length of time this supply will last (3 months) and the reasonable current price of £5.99. I am currently taking nattokinase from a competing brand. On their ad. they offer a dose of 200mg, but the prospective buyer has to search to find out that they must take two capsules to achieve that dose. Googling, I find that 100mg is rather a low dose, so I may double it. £5.99 for 45 days is still imo very reasonable as supplements go. However I also found a surprisingly long list of conditions which mean the sufferer should NOT take this supplement. I suggest you check for yourself.I like that this supplement is GMP certified and sourced from the EU, though sourced from the UK would, imo, be even better. I also appreciate the low-key re-sealable, foil lined, letterbox-friendly pouch. So much preferable to the nasty white plastic bottles supplied by too many supplement sellers.
