Better tasting than the other quinoa product I had tried. Cooks up fluffy. Although it is pre-rinsed, it does suggest that you still rinse before cooking. However, when doing so, there is less “foaming” in the rinsing.

This is the best Quinoa brand I've found. Along with good taste, I rarely come across something hard in the mix as with most Quinoas. I don't even wash it again.
