Useful being a tub. Works as it should. Good value for money.

Product was well wrapped, but arrived damaged due to delivery co ignoring the fragile label. Customer service was excellent and a replacement arrived quickly (in fact, but the original estimated delivery date). Product is good and service great. Citric acid is such a great product for use around the house and especially for descaling, and this tub is a convenient size and good value for money.
