The pillow is very comfortable; although it was a bit painful at first because you have to get used to it since it doesn’t feel like a regular pillow. It’s a good firmness but not overly firm, and it offers good support. It didn’t have any strong odor, so that’s a plus. I have severe fibromyalgia and I equate that to the initial pain, but I’ve been using it for several weeks now and I won’t go back to a normal pillow. I definitely recommend it.

This pillow has helped me sleep more deeply, wake up without neck and shoulder pain, and sleep more on my back and less on my sides. I even find it helps me relax my jaw and stop grinding my teeth. Great pillow for deep sleep with better ergonomic posture.

When i first got it and tried it i was like no way this is going to work. It's firm and kinda awkward to lay on if your used to the normal standard pillow. I'm a side sleeper so I have to lay on the firm upper part. I slept on it for about a week and I have no more shoulder pain or neck pain. Previously I would wake up everyday and my neck and shoulders would hurt so bad and I'm only 29 so I knew it wasn't really an age thing. This pillow has improved the quality of sleep so much it's worth it just give it a chance!

Really like this new pillow. Took a little while getting used to, but the design, with a very specific place to put your head, has really grown on me. And, I'm sleeping better and waking up feeling better. It's obviously well-made, and clean freaks (yes, I'm one...) will love that the pillow sits in a zippered case that's washable. I'm not generally a memory-foam fan, but this is very comfortable, cool to the touch and doesn't heat up. And all for a price point quite a bit lower than other neck pillows. Highly recommend.

I was so sick and tired of either waking up in pain from my neck and shoulders, or having trouble going to sleep because of the pain. I am 20 and felt like 60. Today is day three of me sleeping with this pillow and I’m happy to say that since then I haven’t felt any pain in my neck or shoulders. I like to lay on my side and it still doesn’t hurt me. I found myself to wake up feeling better too, as I usually feel overwhelmed and irritated. I didn’t understand the reviews that said the pillow was hard unless they’re lying wrong because it feels like thick, soft memory foam to me. The pillow seems to hold shape back in place as well, especially for a bed rotter like me. Bottom line, if you have neck or shoulder pain, get this pillow!

For quite some time now, I have been having some pretty painful neck issues. I have tried everything. Let me just say this, is my neck pain gone? No, unless I am laying on this pillow. For the first time in my life ( i'm 60 ) I can sleep on my back! I never could before because I would do that "falling thing" in my sleep. It was terrifying for me since it was usually attached to a nightmare, No more! I sleep like a baby on this pillow ( I do have to tuck my hands down ) but I never knew how good sleeping on my back felt. No neck pain regardless if I am on either side. Now the pain does return around midday, but my sleep is GLORIOUS!

I'm a 5'1" almost 40yo female. This pillow has good support, and a great concept, but the sides are too tall for me and my head doesn't even reach the center so it does not line up properly for me. I noticed worse neck pain when trying to use this pillow so unfortunately I had to use my old flat standard pillow again. If the height was a little lower and the space between the edge and center was less it would fit fine. So being short isn't helpful in this case and it's back to square one trying to find a neck support pillow. My cat loves it though...

I love the firmness of this pillow. It supports the neck well though I always end up with my head not on the blue part. For a better neck support you have to make sure that your head is on the blue part of the pillow, but of course that’s not gonna happen especially if you’re turning coz I’m a side sleeper so I have to turn from time to time. I don’t know if it’s slipping coz of the satin like pillow case or just me. It also has a small button in the middle that if you have a sensitive head might bother you, but all in all it serves its purpose you just have to adjust to it.
