After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give this electric lumbar traction device a try, and I'm really happy with my purchase.The materials feel high-quality, and the build is sturdy. The electric motor runs smoothly and quietly, which is a nice bonus. The device offers a great range of motion and provides just the right amount of traction for my lower back.After using it for a few weeks, I've noticed a real improvement in my flexibility and a decrease in pain.Overall, it's been a reliable and effective addition to my back care routine.

The traction device itself is great, I'm sure; however, the size is not. The length of it (left to right when laying on it) is just far too short. I had another, similar device that I absolutely loved - it was at least 4-5 inches longer. That one was a great fit for my back (I am 5'8", 135lbs), but this one was too small for me, which is a bummer. I'm going to look for another, and will pay closer attention to the measurements this time.

I wanted to like this. I have sciatica on left and right lumbar. This was very uncomfortable to lay on. It’s made of hard plastic and my body isn’t shaped exactly like the form of the plastic. Maybe it would work better on folks with a little higher back pain, maybe in the dip of the back so you can easily lay on this thing.

Awesome product for lower back pain/tenderness. Tens unit could be a little bit stronger for my liking but overall really good product.

The media could not be loaded. I've tried several traction devices, but this one has worked best for me. It offers excellent control over intensity, heat, and electrotherapy. The size is perfect, and it's highly effective for acute back pain. As someone who experiences lower back pain from long hours of sitting, just a few minutes with this device provides significant relief.

Great product. Took some getting used to, but after the first few times it really helped my lower back pain. It's great that it can be programmed to exactly what I want/need.
