Usually obscure health foods are at best an acquired taste. Not so for these babies. They are expensive but nuts always are, probably cheaper than macadamia and about comparable with pecans, by volume. Don’t forget to soak them! I did and they are still actually good dry but much better with the natural “snap” that comes when they become plump and turgid under the skin. Skin texture could be an acquired taste for many but not for me. Highly reminiscent of a fresh chunk of coconut in flavor and texture when properly soaked, but sweeter. Do take care to inspect the nuts, my first bag had a few rotten ones in it, which all seemed to rise to the top of the bag and I had to spit several out before I even realized you are supposed to soak them. (First one was just a little off and I just thought it WAS an acquired taste and I chewed and swallowed it, haha.)I discard the very few that seem a bit shriveled or darkened. It’s not difficult and haven’t tasted a single rotten or stale one since. It’s a much better deal to get the larger bag because delivery is the same price regardless of size of package.

I'd had Horchata before which is a Tiger nut flavored beverage and maybe I'll have a go at making it in future.The main reason I bought these was because they can help to raise testosterone in older gentlemen and I fit into that category so everything helps!They are little hard nuggets and can be eaten raw but take a bit of grinding down with your teeth. Best just to munch on 3 or 4 at a time!The best way to eat them is to soak a bunch overnight and they swell slightly and soften up. The soaked tiger nuts also taste slightly sweeter.These are a great snack for those of us struggling with weight also because you will take a while to eat a few so your brain gets that message you are satiated before you overdo it!They are full of minerals with minimal fat and sugar and completely natural.What's not to love about them?!

These are interesting morsels - kinda tough to chew, but not really crunchy...more fibrous with a thick, tough skin. Once you get to the inside, though, they are sweet and tasty. These are relatively hard to find in stores and wanted to try them - glad that I did. They are definitely unusual and worth the experience.

I really enjoyed this. It tasted good., It was very cleaned. I did not have that earthy taste that I did with the purchase from others. I found this very superior quality. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It did help as a colonic.

Worse thing I've ever bought on Amazon. Absolutely unbeatable. Taste like little balls of cardboard. I ate (or tried to) about 5 pieces of this garbage and threw the entire bag away.

Taste good, fresh and just as described. These is a high quality food.
