Husband had a multi-level spine fusion and this worked great. He still uses it today as his favorite pillow.

The pillow is good and it would be great if I felt that my neck and head fit properly.

This 2 in 1 cervical neck pillow is amazing! It has helped me get better sleep each night and it's very comfortable! It's made of a solid piece of memory foam which has great firmness as well as softness which makes the pillow very comfortable! It has a quick rebound time on the memory foam, 2-3 seconds when I tested it. The round side is for a traditional pillow feel and the shaped side is better suited for if you're having neck and shoulder pain issues, which is the main reason I got this pillow! The round side has a height of 5.9 inches and the shaped side has a height of 4.7 inches. You have two shapes to choose from to accommodate your sleeping needs!This pillow has 5 support areas to help you get a better night's rest! It has arm rests area, shoulder contoured area, ear hole for side sleeping, neck traction area and finally the round side! I found that using the shaped side does help with neck and shoulder pain. The round side is nice as well, more of a traditional pillow feel! For back sleepers, I think this would help with sleep and give your neck and head comfort, the memory foam feels very nice! I'm a side sleeper and found that the round side works better for me but I'll alternate between the two sides depending on how I feel.This pillow will work for stomach sleepes as well and with the arm rest areas, it's comfortable. The ear hole is supposed to make it where your ear doesn't sink into the pillow like a regular one does. It took me a little while to get used to the ear hole and using the shaped side in general but once I was used to it, it helped a lot and provided me with comfort and relaxation! This is a great 2 in 1 orthopedic pillow specifically designed to help with neck and shoulder pain as well as improve your sleep quality! For laying on your back, the shaped side is nice! For me, the round side worked better as I'm a side sleeper and the ear hole was hard to adjust to. I also liked the extra height!If you want a better night's rest or just to help with neck and shoulder pain, this is the pillow for you! I highly recommend!

I'm pretty picky about pillows - I need my head a very specific angle and height to fall asleep comfortably. I was previously using another foam pillow which actually looks quite similar to this, though with less pronounced geometry and a bit on the shorter side in terms of height off the surface. It was short enough that it required another thin pillow underneath it, which was basically a mild annoyance to require.Anyways, I grabbed this feeling a little unsure of whether id actually like it better or whether the points and shape might be a bit too much. However, the first night of sleep and it was a clear winner over my old pillow. Its tall enough that I'm able to sleep on it without the thin pillow underneath, and its even more comfortable and supportive than my old foam pillow too. Granted, my old one had several years worth of use and might of lost some structural integrity over that time, so not a 100% fair comparison and we will see how this holds up. However, so far so good and very happy with this pillow!

I sleep flat on my back, and I like for my head to be supported on either side so I can keep my face pointed up for better breathing. I have an older ergonomic pillow that has worn out, so I ordered this one as a replacement. I like the firmness of this pillow and the cooling fabric cover works well. The problem is, I just can't get comfortable with it. The side with the cervical support is too high to be comfortable, and the other side with the contour is also too thick. I had high hopes for this pillow, but I just don't find it to be comfortable. It is well-made and may work for some people, just not me.

This neck pillow is serious! I really like that the curvy side works if you sleep on your back, and even works when you flip over to your side. It is very firm memory foam. I do believe that it will take dedication to get adjusted to this pillow. For me, it does not work in combination with my wedge pillow. I do think it would be great on its own, so I’ll probably have better results with that.

I have no complaints about this pillow. It's fine. Just not the right height/shape for me.

I am very satisfied with the SAHEYER Cervical Neck Pillow, Memory Foam Pillow for Neck Pain Relief and Snoring, Ergonomic Pillow for Side Sleeper, 2 in 1 Orthopedic Pillow for Back and Stomach Sleeper, White.It took a little bit to get used to the pillow. But after that, I just loved it. I love that there is a place for my shoulders! Most pillows only think about your head or neck, but the shoulders just get in the way.If I had a complaint, it's that this is everyone's favorite pillow. The kids keep swiping it - I never know whose bed it's going to be on, so I guess I'm just going to have to buy nine more.
