In regards to your massage chair: I am extremely happy with the chair. It was shipped with additional supports inside the box so that nothing was damaged. We originally ordered a chair from a different company and they lost one of the boxes and the one we received was damaged. Your chair was easy to assemble and the comfort and massage options are awesome. I use it everyday and it has helped reduce stress and backpain. The pad controller makes everything simple with many different choices. The chair is well worth the money. I highly recommend your chair above others.

The media could not be loaded. This was really easy to assemble and it looks great. I've been using it nearly every night since I've gotten it and it works amazingly! I am a large man, so it is a snug fit, but that doesn't affect anything. The legs are quite tight for me as my legs swell, but they still (barely) fit. The heat is quite relaxing, and the rollers do a great job of giving a deep massage. The seat bottom could be a little more padded for comfort, but it isn't terrible - I'm not expecting it to be a lazy boy. It does exactly what I bought it for.

The product is fine. Perfect for wife and kids. I am 6' & 205lbs. and just don't fit exactly. Had some issues along the way. I gave stars because if you have a challenge & you reach out to customer service you are going to be helped. Above & beyond care to my purchase. They didn't just offer a full refund, which was resolved and unused, as I reached out they addressed my concerns and completely resolved the issues. They made it right after inspection of video & photos for them to see what is going on with the massage chair. For 700.00 the chair is what it is, wife & kids love it, and it is worth it. The over the top is the customer service care you will get from this company. That is what makes me tell my coworkers at the hospital that I work at. It is no replacement for an actual massage therapist or an expensive chair even. You shouldn't expect this unit to accomplish that. It works great if you fit in it and at this price it's 👍. Lastly, it is the fact this company wants to do good business and take care of your needs and concerns. You cannot give wrong with quality assurance like they will provide.

My lady seems to love it. Gives her her peace for 15-30 mins everyday after work. Intensity, speed, and warmth changes. Added bluetooth mechanism to connect her favorite music. Looks like I hit it out of the park this Mother's Day again!
