Someone told me this would be good for my copd, well not mine, used it for a day and had heartburn a week, binned it

Very effective
I previously used a version which lasted for several years and worked well. This one containing containing Himalayan salt appears to be just as effective. It can be refilled ad infinitum since I have 5 kilos of this salt for my dishwasher.I do find the pot a bit heavy for prolonged use and go for more frequent 5 minute bouts.

My kids look like they're on crack
This works well, especially when you add a little iodine to the salt. You will, however, look like a crack head as you stagger about, full of cold, sucking back on this bad boy.

Did not work for me
Saw great views on the reviews but done absolutely nothing for me. The only thing I tasted all the time inside my mouth was salt The price was good and you get the bag of salt with it.
