Not Bad
Interesting. I'd say it's good, although it's very strongly of anise. Very potent.

Fantastic
After trying different bitters, this is one of my favorites, along with angostura, maybe even better.

Delicious
One of three types of bitters that I use in an old-fashioned cocktail. Delicious!

Great Bitters
Im alwayss trying new bitters and heard great things about this one. I love its unique flavor and glad II bought it. Maybe a little too much licorice flavor for my tastes, but still a great option to have in the coollection.

Nice, I really like the flavor this adds to cocktails
I substitute this for Angostura bitters and it can really wake up a cocktail. A bit spicier is how I would describe the comparison.

Most Unique Flavor for Classic Cocktails
As a professional bartender I was always familiar with Angostura bitters for classic cocktails. It was the industry standard.Started getting requests for old school cocktails that listed Peychaud's as the tool. How different could it be?....Hah! VERY different. There is some alchemy between Pychaud's and bourbon or rye or whiskey or Scotch that I can't fathom....but it really is different. It's not a subtle difference like tomato vs toMAHtoe. It is a difference on the tongue, through the nose, and on the throat.....all at once.Anyhow....I will have a bottle of this on my shelf from now on.
