I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte that has no sugar, tastes good, has the minerals I need, and actually hydrates me after a workout, and decided to give this one a try. I prefer a more diluted drink, so I mix with about 24oz+ of water. Overall, flavor is good, not sweet (since no sugar) but also not tart - my favorite is the raspberry. I like that the orange has caffeine so I can use it in place of my morning coffee. It definitely produces hydrogen. Lots of bubbles when you add the mix to your drink and give it a shake or two. I also feel like the hydration works well to keep me hydrated throughout the day and/or after one of my training runs. The mix of minerals is good for me as someone who works out regularly and I like that they use KCl (potassium chloride) instead of NaCl (sodium chloride) as the salt - much better for rehydration. Functionally, it took me a second to figure out how to open the packets, but once I realized how to do it (tear on the white line), it’s very simple and much better than having to rip, like other products which spill. I will definitely be buying this again.

I've tried a lot of electrolyte brands out there and this is by far the best tasting and most beneficial. It's not super sweet or overly salty like others, the flavors are great and the hydrogen aspect is what makes this product stand out from the rest of the electrolyte packets. I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks now and I have more sustained energy throughout the day and my constant headaches that has been wrecking me the past month or two started to move around like it was clearing up. I feel better and more recovered after big exercise days and the caffeine version has been a perfect replacement to my second cup of coffee. I'm just learning about hydrogen benefits and its nice that there’s an option like this that does the same thing without having to purchase a special water bottle that requires you to charge it or dissolve a bad tasting tablet into water. It works, buy it.

Really nice mix of flavors, especially the lemon lime. No complaints about taste or effectiveness, it’s a great mix. Just hard to justify the cost.

Really pleasantly surprised with this product! I was looking for an electrolyte I could use to rehydrate after travel and sports that was packable and easy to use. Nuun tablets I'd have to crack to put into water bottles and they'd get everywhere, and Liquid IV I always had to use scissors, so neither were airplane-friendly.Ease of use: Hydrofy is a powder like Liquid IV, so easy to put into a bottle, and most importantly the tab is super easy to use (no scissors or teeth needed).Taste: This raspberry flavor is sweet, tastes like a sour patch kid to me! So a fun treat.Effectiveness: I don't know if it's the hydrogen, but I drank one after a miserable red eye flight and felt a lot better - more alert, headache gone, ready to roll. I also had one after a long day of snowboarding at high altitude and felt refreshed after.Overall, really recommend!

I heard hydrogen water mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast and decided to try this product.I preloaded at the gym and felt noticeable improvement with my reps. Added bonus, they are great authentic fruit flavours with no chemical taste

Flavor is great, the energy packets are balanced very well to where you’re not jittery, and did I mention the flavor is great!? Seriously though, none gets orange flavor right but this is spot on!

I've never tried anything related to hydrogen or hydrogen water, but this brand caught my interest since it mixes hydrogen and electrolytes. I'm a regular electrolyte supplement user after workouts or in the morning. I didn't have high expectations going in, but I've been pleasantly surprised. I liked that it wasn't as salty as some other brands, and I really felt hydrated after using this. Even though I'm not well versed in the hydrogen aspect; I'm sold after using this product and I'll definitely be back as a customer.

Tastes great!!! Has a good amount of mag pot and salt… plus has trace minerals like copper which you need to take with zinc, selenium, chromium, and manganese… with just a perfect little touch of vitamin C!!! it’s great for any time. I use mine during training or Cardio. Great flavors!!!
