Arrived as promised. The back did have roses on it and the image was well done on the front. Hopefully it wont tarnish but over all I'm happy with it, hoping Saint Rita hears my prayers and answers them favorably but who knows. This pendant is a good way to hold out hope where hope is lost.

But it! It’s beautiful I cannot believe how low the price is. There is so much detail and a cute flower on the back. I’m a prior military, graduate nurse and diesel Mechanic and I’m al close to passing my boards for nursing. Impossible dreams...this is to remind myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to. The artists and everything that was put into making this blows me away. I cannot thank you enough. It’s beautiful.

This is a beautiful small medal. It arrives in a little box indicating that it comes from Italy. There is one divergence from the product description, which has an image that shows that the back of the medal has a lily. The back of mine actually has a spray of roses, which is very pretty. I've been quite calm since I began wearing this, so St. Rita might be hard at work already on my "impossible case". :-) Blessings to all.
