SES Research Fine Grade C60-120 ML Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 99.99% Purity Carbon 60 - For Anti-Aging - Boost Energy

First off, I had a packaging issue with my order that was corrected promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to a company that appreciates customer service.Now, for the product itself. There is a lot of hype out there about C60 oil, based on a mouse study in which mice fed C60 in olive oil lived 90% longer (yes 90%) than the mice fed only mouse chow. Additionally, the mice in the C60 group did not develop any cancers, which is surprising given the very advanced age (for mice) that they lived to. In my shopping research, this product, and this product alone is the 99.99% pure C60 in olive oil like was used in the study. There are a number of people offering different oil bases for their C60 products. They may be effective, but I am not aware of research to support the use of other oils. An interesting tidbit from the original C60 mouse study was that the mice who had their chow supplemented with olive oil alone (without C60) lived 30% longer than the mice fed chow only. So clearly the olive oil itself is a benefit. A comparison study with other oils would be fascinating, but there isn't one, so I chose to use the type of oil used in the study. also most everyone else is using the 99.95% pure C60 powder. It is less expensive. the .05% difference represents other fullerenes (with more carbon atoms than 60). Now these other fullerenes may be completely safe to ingest. or they may not. I am not aware of any research demonstrating their safety. The composition of C60 led scientists to assume that it was toxic. That original mouse study was a toxicity study. They expected the mice to have adverse effects from the C60 preparation, as there are indeed carbon molecules that are toxic to living organisms.Now for the effects I am experiencing using the product. I have not experienced any effect to speak of. I was looking forward to boundless energy and vibrant health, but in fact I can't say that I notice much of an effect at all, and I have utterly failed to even want to leap over any tall buildings. I stick to the 3.5 cc dose recommended for my weight, and I don't take it consistently twice a day. More energy would have been most appreciated, but now I am taking this product for the possible life extension and anti-cancer effects more than the immediate effects. perhaps at higher dosages people experience more of the energy effects. I am playing with the idea of making my own C60 in olive oil, which would drop the price significantly, and I might then experiment with higher doses. If so I will update this review.Lastly, I paid full price for this product. I was not in any way financially incentivized to submit a favorable review. This product is not inexpensive, though there are others that cost more. I am an alternative health professional and I understand the value of clean supplements with research backing.

Took it for six months with a very high dose, & it didn't help me feel any better, & actually got worse. Slowed down my metabolism & gained a TON! Joints hurt like hell while on it!

Excellent for pain reduction on my arthritis! I take it before bed and can jump out in the morning 90% pain free. I take it again early morning for 90% pain free day too!

Very potent. A bit peppery. I sleep like a baby when I take this stuff. As recommended. :-) I only take it every few days because I feel like I am a tiny bit drowsy the next day.
