It’s a bit pricier for a small stick, but given the long-lasting protection and how little you need to use, it’s well worth the investment.I’d recommend this to anyone looking for strong sun protection, especially for kids or anyone who spends time outdoors. Great product, the branding looks great. The stick application is great for on the go. Haven't tested the sunblocking yet as it hasnt been sunny where I live. But the formula feels nice when patch tested.

Initially I struggled to remove the intrusive bar code label, and ended up partially dislodging the underlying permanent one, while still having ragged paper residues from the paper label firmly stuck on. This has spoilt the stick's pleasant appearance. However, I am hopeful of its performance as a lip salve. This is not the use suggested by the seller. The salve is of a very firm consistency. Personally, I don't think it would be easy to spread on my face, but for the lips it is perfect.I have been told that SPF 50+ is much more powerful than 50, so I always try to seek that out. This is the first time I have found a lip salve over 30. I am delighted to have it, and it feels good on my lips. £9.99 seems quite a lot to pay for a lip salve, but this one is a generous size, and I see that most 50+ lipsalves cost a lot more. Fortunately, I find lip salves do last me quite a while, particularly ones like this that I will only be using outdoors.Zinc Oxide offers the best sun protection. This stick is made in Australia, a country famous both for its sun and its sun protection measures.

The Sun Zapper White Colour Original Zinc Stick arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised.This is a great sunscreen, Zinc is known as a physical SPF rather than a chemical one. It works by reflecting the light rather than absorbing it. This is an SPF 50 which provide great protection.It does apply easy and melts into the skin, it does leave a very obvious white cast (as most Zinc oxide products do). It's great for areas prone to burning like the nose, cheeks, ears or neck. I personally wouldn't apply it to my whole face as it would look a little silly - Casper the friendly ghost vibes.It is good however for children to protect their skin and prevent burning. Due to its heavy white cast it's also easy to see if its come off.Great quality product, a little goes a long way, perfect travel size and easy to carry. I would highly recommend!

It has a sticker barcode that covers part of the instructions and it is not easy to remove without leaving bits stuck on - this is frustsrating.It is easy to apply and leaves a white mark, like war paint - I found it useful for tops of cheeks and nose during sport on top of standard sun cream.Goes on easy, like a big lipstick balm.

I have a couple of moles on my skin which I like to keep fully protected from the sun. I ordered this zink stick to cover these up when on holiday. The product applies easily from the stick and lasts brilliantly. It does not wash off in the sea or pool meaning you don't have to keep reapplying after a swim. At £9.99 (at the time of writing) I think this is good value for money. If you only need to apply this to smaller areas that burn easily or you don't want catching the sun it should last a good long time.Highly recommended!
