Authentic, easy to use
Very easy to use, I just add it directly to the pan after having fried onion and meat, give it a stir so that spice can be released in oil, then add water. I often use this with the Japanese curry cubes (add the cubes towards the end as per instruction). The two curries have their own distinct flavour, but compliment each other well.

The flavour is still as good as it was when i first tasted it!
I spotted these being sold here for £1.30 per packet (on 12/11/2016) and there there was 8 of them left in stock so i snapped them all up.I can get them in town for between £1.20 to £1.50 (but that's away on the other side of town and i hardly go there) so for the price of postage and packaging i thought it'd be a fair enough deal, and I'm happy with the purchase! But now they're up to £4.99 per packet (today 16/11/2016) what are they thinking with this price? The idea is to 'sell' not 'scare'. Not even Del Boy would have such a brass neck to sell at this price!Anyway...My grandfather used to make us a beef or chicken curry, and this was the stuff he used, and they haven't altered the flavour one bit! It's still Luvly Jubbly! It's very close to the taste of my local takeaway, and I'm thinking that if i bought a curry from the takeaway and made up some of this sauce, they'd probably taste exactly the same! But what makes this curry powder better, is that it's always going to be a consistent flavour unlike the local takeaway which sometimes taste too much of onion of not spicy enough. This stuff is always tasty without fail (in my experience of course). As soon as this arrived i made a curry with some duck i had left. I goofed up a bit on the boiled rice sadly, but saved it by making egg fried rice with a bit of soy sauce and by the time it was served up, it looked the part and thankfully tasted lovely. So a warning to potential shoppers, check around for the cheapest prices, or check your local butchers or the buthcers in the town center as that's where these curry mix packets are normally sold. You might also be lucky and be able to buy direct from the makers.

Makes a gorgeous curry but will make you fart 💨
There’s nothing to dislike if you don’t mind farting the entire alphabet after your meal. It’s delicious and vegan 🌱 so for a healthy midweek meal in a jiffy, it’s wonderful with veg and brown rice.I’ve also tried it with chicken and chips - just as great. And… just as farty. All I can say is, watch who you invite round after eating it. I’ve never passed so much wind in my life 🤣🤣🤣🤣It would be great for that bloke of Britains got talent who does tricks with his farts. Plate of this mate … you’ll do a whole tour!I’m not complaining and I’ll eat it again. Just don’t have it before a first date or such like.Enjoy the curry and the accompanying trumpet bum💨

Very tasty!!
I usually purchase the Mayflower medium and extra hot curry sauces from B&M and combine them to make the spicy flavour loved by my family, but unfortunately I was isolating so ordered this from Morrison’s on Amazon. We were not disappointed! A really lovely flavour, very easy to mix and it made a really good quantity. I made the chicken curry - my method is to fry the onion to soften, and the peas and fry a bit more, and then add cubes of chicken for just a couple of minutes. I put all of this into a casserole dish, make the sauce and tip most of this over. Depending on how liquid you want it, you could add some of the juices. Cook in the oven for 30 mins on about 170 fan oven. I keep some of the sauce to one side for dipping chips in! Delicious!

Yeung's Chinese Curry
A curry that requires cooking for quite a while and sweetening, as it is very bitter
