Use your goals to motivate!
This is a good quality mat and quite long - useful for those ab-roller type workouts! It also helps on the knees - it's hard to be on that hard floor. The designs on it give you a lot of flexibility for usage. They tell you what to try, AND most importantly they give you goals to reach for.ie - "Okay I'm going to line one for this time, 10 times" and log it. Next time? "Okay I'm going to line one for 15 times and line two for 3 times", etc, etc. I really feel like this is a good use to work with a log book and giving yourself goals based on the lines indicated.I'm really happy with this and LOVE the goals it helps me keep up with. It's good quality, too. Highly recommend!

No use of it. It gets folded when you roll your equipment on it.
