I feel at my best using this product. I sleep and rest well and do not wake up groggy. I fall asleep within 20-30 minutes. I believe it helps me with my overall mood and stress from everyday life. Great product! Calming me to sleep at night and regulate mood during the day.

Really helps me fall asleep.
This melatonin supplement has many other supplements that help with stress relief and calming effects. I’ve been re purchasing this brand for over a year because it really works. They are very easy to swallow have no taste and I believe the quality of this product is wonderful. And best of all it’s a great value for the money. Love this so much.

Arrives promptly, works well. I’m very pleased. I’ve tried all sorts of dosages of melatonin and never had any luck. This version includes Valerian Root and now I fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly. I definitely recommend.

Sound sleep
The product was very effective for sleep, however I felt drowsy during the next day. If you’re having a difficult time sleeping, it’s worth a try.

Inconsistent effectiveness
At first this combination did nothing to help with falling asleep or staying asleep. I tried it again a few weeks later and had a very good, long and deep sleep. So now I am wondering when is the best time to take this product. If you noticed the print directions on the label are very hard to read. The white lettering on top of the light lavender background is not a good high contrast for older folks and at night when the lighting isn't as good.

Does not work as marketed
This is terrible stuff! I generally sleep really well through the night with a minimal dose of Ambien, but thought I would try an OTC product to avoid continued prescriptions. First, this medication did not lull me to sleep at all. Instead it just made me completely groggy, but unable to fall asleep and hallucinating all night. I catnapped and woke up every hour all night long and had terrible dreams. I took it at 11 pm at night and was not able to shake the grogginess until about 1:00 pm the following day. I am tossing away the rest of the entire bottle.

I can't explain what these do for me but I definitely wake up feeling refreshed. Will continue to purchase
