These are excellent adjustable TYZKMY handbells, and they were delivered with care by two people ('cuz they are heavy.) We love these. It is so easy to change the amount of weight you want on them, just turn the handle to the desired weight selection, then lift the dumbbell out of its stand. I actually like these better than a pair of older BowFlex dumbbells that we've had for a while which are also nice, but were a lot more expensive, and requires more steps to change the weight settings on the old ones.) It is easier to change the weight setting on these TYZKMY dumbbells, and they are much less expensive than our old BowFlex ones were that we bought years ago. We wanted some adjustable dumbbells in two different rooms, so that the two of us (my wife and I) could work out with them at the same time. These are very effective for working out. You can use the same exercises you would do with barbells in addition to exercises that are specific to dumbbells, but these take up a lot less space in the room that they are in. The quality seems very good, and we expect these to last us for a very long time. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT--We highly recommend these!

I have the Bowflex version of this but these are way better because they are far easier to change the weights. Very very well engineered!!

These were exactly what I was hoping for. They are super easy to use, well built and I like the increments of weight. I would prefer that they be made in the US, that is my only complaint.

Easy to assemble and good quality

Won’t be mad at it, my only reason for not being a 5 is because when adjusting for 20-30 pounds, putting it back is a bit hard lol. The ending weights don’t line up sometimes and takes a few wiggles.

So far so good. I love the varying weights in 2½ pound increments. It makes it so much easier to get different types of workouts in and for anyone in the family. So far it seems very sturdy, easy to shift between weights. It's a little pricey, but if you need to be able to workout at home with very little space then this is your product.

I love these! I am a 59 y/o male. I am in good aerobic shape but terrible strength and flexibility. I know I need to start lifting. So I am doing a YouTube video (Caroline Girven Iron Series) and using these dumbbells. I really like how many weight settings they have, more than the others on Amazon. I was worried that to have so many weight settings, they might resort to using a different amount of plates on each side of the dumbbell, but that is not the case. There are the same number of plates on each side of the dumbbell, so the dumbbell is balanced correctly.After a few tries, it is very easy to get the bar back into the tray to change weights. Each weight level is well marked and it "clicks" when you have it set. And then you just lift!I have used these now for 4 weight training sessions. I am very happy with my purchase.
