Ideal frother
Very satisfied with this, works really well at mixing the matcha powder to create a smooth latte drink.

Looks Good.
We have unboxed it and added batteries so this is ready to use as this is a Christmas present.It looks good and it is very fast so it should froth milk up well.

Very poor customer service - still waiting for a refund after two weeks
The product was very hard to use - did not froth the milk at all. I completely used two new duracell batteries and still the milk did not froth! I was sent a postage paid envelope - which I had to use at a DHL depot - my nearest DHL is 30 miles away! I am still waiting for my refund after nearly two weeks. I cannot deny that i am very very sorry I ever thought to buy this item.

Nothing Pro about it!
Didn't last more than a few months, seriously poor materials, plastic throughout which cracked after three months. (See attached). Definitely not a professional whisk, back to using a hand fork again!
