Probably shouldn't take this right before bed it really works

These were recommended by my wellness clinic.

I have taken chromium for years. I know when I have been off of it and start again. I could tell the difference When I started back on it with the product. I do recommend people look at you other supplements and don't "double: dose accidentally. If you are lacking in your multi, or are looking for this on its own. This is a GREAT product! Highly recommend.

We need every heath benefit we can get; this is a good one to take advantage of. Some supplements help some people, some supplements help everyone, there are some I know benefit me. I think this benefits everyone a little, it is one I take regularly and helps me feel a little healthier, that's all I expect from the supplements I take is to make me feel a little better. I can feel this works.

I have been impressed with every NOW product I have purchased so far. This was no exception.I wanted to start chromium after hearing it is recommended for people over 50 — especially for those who struggle with blood sugar regulation and are not taking insulin.I have been walking that pre-diabetic line for a couple of years now, at the high end of normal. I have yet to check my blood sugar with these, but the first Chromium capsule I took was actually so strong, it made my stomach feel a little raw. (I’ve always been very sensitive to medications, and require less than most people…)But after that feeling wore off, I felt different: like it was helping with my insulin regulation. I won’t know for sure until my next blood test here in a couple of weeks.Because the full capsule felt so potent, I decided to cut my dosage in half by dividing it into plain capsules. Now, I have no negative side effects whatsoever, and I feel it helping with blood sugar.I plan to post again if there are no changes in my blood sugar levels here in a couple of weeks, but I anticipate my levels will be much closer to the middle of normal range.

It's an ok product for Some reason the capsules look smaller than other products I bought product inflation maybe..

i dont usually leave comments but seeing that I made my decision on getting this based off others reviews ,I feel its only right to leave my review in Hope's of helping another. I'm a pre diabetic 28 years old , and from my own research and being proactive I bought a glucose meter and started monitoring I would always felt extremly thirsty and tired after certain meals (carbs) and even went to doctor to make sure I wasnt diabetic and the test came back that I wasn't but what most patients dont realize is that even though your test dont meet the mark for diabetes doesnt mean your not PRE diabetic (which is the first faze before getting to full blown diabetes), I did research and found tri chromium helps with blood sugar ,iv been taking it close to a week now and im very impressed to see I haven't had any blood sugar crashes it's been stable between the mid 80's to the mid 90's where as before I would be in 140 or higher, this is after high carb meals, now I dont have this issue another plus is that im no longer craving sweets (which is a major addiction for me)and im ironically not hungry as much now for some this may be a issue but for me someone that can stand to lose a few pounds this is a positive ,im very pleased with product i will continue to take it.
