I’ve been taking these now for a couple of weeks. Honestly, I’m trying to figure out if it’s just like a placebo effect but I took them before my oncoming cycle. My cycle was way less painful and I mean way less I’m talking I am usually completely 100% bedridden and in significant pain in the entire time This didn’t happen.!!! I noticed that my cycle was way less miserable, which is huge for me because I’m telling you I have life altering cycles that make me incredibly sick. I’m going to continue to take these and see what happens next month. The only complaint I would have is that you have to take them twice a day that’s hard for me to do sometimes because I just plain forget. I would love to be able to take less less often. Otherwise, I’m sitting here going back-and-forth trying to think if it’s these and if it is, I am so grateful because I was able to act like a normal human and not be bedridden.

I’m 35, I have pcos, haven’t had a period in almost 5 years (when I went off birth control). I’ve been taking this for a month now. Just using 2 tablets a day and seems to be working well and I’ve lost about 10 lbs., too. Feeling much better.
