I researched quite a bit before selecting this multiple vitamin. For bioavailability it's best to use a capsule versus a tablet. It had to contain certain percentages of minerals and vitamins of which this vitamin does. FYI if a customer takes thyroid medication such as Synthroid in the morning that multiple vitamin has to be bumped to one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
