I rarely review, but WOWSA! I'm LIVING AGAIN! I had to give up my Suzuki 800, following surgery, resulting in a permanent spinal injury, which frequently causes my right leg to numb up. I also have a hip replacement. I promised my daughter if she passed her test, I'd give up my automatic car [Jeep], which I did two weeks ago. Before the surgery I'd been a member of a Wild Women group, but had to give up most activities, so was gutted and struggling mentally and physically.I'm a light build, c. 9st, and allowing for shrinkage, think I'm down to 5'2". Never thought I'd say this, but I'd been struggling to get my leg over ... on the motorbike and my old [pedal only] bike. On a good day, I can swing my leg from the back, but the seat is a tad too high [non-adjustable] for me, although i can stand over the frame with both feet down, on a bad day I literally have to lift it over the frame / seat, so just be aware, it flies for me, but i presume the more weight the less speed?I was researching disability scooters, but tried a similar ebike a pal has, and ended up researching them, as was strapped for the scooter I'd have liked! Found this quite quickly, as one of my criteria was dual suspension.Initially I had a couple of small issues, resulting in bruises ... BE AWARE this bike is incredibly powerful, far beyond any expectations I had, so recheck nuts, bolts etc after the first couple of miles as well as at 15km, as I heard something ping on the ground after hitting tree ruts, but went to look and couldn't find anything [likely went in the hedgerow].On my second day I went on a 20 mile round-trip, Despite over 95% was on cycle tracks, I hit some 2" high root raises at one stage, catching me off guard, sadly about 50% of named cycle tracks near where I live are not maintained, having to duck branches was another nuisance, especially at 15mph, a speed I maintained comfortably most of the way, and cycling was easy, using PAS 5 and 7th gear on the level, although its easy in any gear! I LOVE THIS BIKE! I'm trying to avoid roads at the moment, until I gain more confidence on it!All I can say in addition to all the other 5* reviews is - it does look fab, take the charger with you if doing more than 20 miles though! Oh, and google fitting the phone holder, my came off on the ruts, phone only a tad scratched, but broke two of the corners of the holder. Lin was great to deal with, had a bit of a hiccup getting to me due to BH Monday, he returned the £60 it had been reduced by! - now that is VFM and a very FAIR Trader!if you're reading this, DON'T HESITATE GETTING ONE [if Lin has them back in stock] - it will give you a new lease of life!

Received the bike much quicker than expected, service was great, Lin was very helpful when I ended up having questions.Came mostly assembled, took me about 30 minutes with the tools provided in the box, bike has been great, I do only use it as a pedal assisted bike, which is perfectly fine considering you're really just pedalling with minimal resistance at all times you're never straining.The display is great and the lights are very good, I personally don't really use the indicators but they definetly worked after I connected them.All in all I couldn't be happier with what I got with what I paid for.

I bought a pair of these bikes as the reviews seemed good. Wow! we have had a load of fun on these! Really impressed with what you get for the money. We did 16 miles and one bike was still on five battery bars so the range is way better than expected. I damaged the display on one bike and Lin in Jansno customer service was really helpful in sourcing a replacement. Recommended!

This bicycle is absolutely amazing very fast and reasonably built and a good price. The only problem is that it is illegal in the UK. Its motor is too powerful and it has a twist grip which you cannot have in the UK and the fact it moves without the use of pedals means it cannot be used on UK roads. On private land no problem but that of course means you are very restricted. Other than that great bike!!!

Recently retired and had some health issues, so I got this to try and get some fresh air and exercise without overdoing it. I did a lot of research online and this seemed to be the best value for money. Not quite the cheapest but when you add all the extras up (dual suspension, mudguards, front and rear lights with indicators and brake light, lock, pump and mobile holder) it quickly becomes pretty much the best deal you can find at this price. Ordered and was given an ETA of 7-10 days delivery. Seller info was fantastic, got a message detailing delivery process and estimated 4 days, it arrived in 2! Easy enough to assemble (even with a bad back), took an hour or so, plus 20 minutes checking everything over. Then to the ride. This bike is AWESOME! Comfortable and easy to ride, more than enough power to get me up a fairly steep rise close to my home and pedal effortlessly on a 10 mile ride on day 2. I haven't, like many others, tried for the max speed as I find the more relaxed style means you can enjoy the scenery as you go. Had a lot of nice comments from others on the route. Summary: If you're looking for a great value e bike with plenty of power and range, backed up by amazing customer service, you can't go wrong with this one. Just go for it!
