Venator 10x42mm Binoculars

Bought a set of their high end Venator binoculars 2 years ago. I hardly use them, maybe a couple time a year to view wildlife. Well the focus nob recently started spinning freely meaning it wont focus, thought hey np these have a lifetime warranty. I submitted a warranty request via their website and I received a prompt reply saying to expect a return label. Well that's all i ever heard. I replied back twice asking for an update and nothing. I have also submitted another request via their website and completely ghosted. What good is a warranty if they wont respond to you. Very disappointed, I have no problem paying more for quality customer service, apparently that is not the case with this company.

I had no problem with the original product however the focus ring broke. The sent a return label and binoculars were returned in MAY. They will not respond to and emails and still have my binoculars. Buyer beware with this company

I have to tell you, I was skeptical when I initially purchased these Binoculars, but once I got a look through the lenses at just how CRYSTAL CLEAR they are, I was stunned. I've never had an optic that was so easy to locate the field of view and was amazed (still am) at how clear and bright the image is. I recommend these 100% - a GREAT product for the price.

These binoculars are the best I have owned. They look and feel high quality. They perform even better. I use them for glassing while I hunt and am most pleased with the way certain colors pop. Very easy to identify wildlife big or small. Love them!

I bought these because I have owned the Upland Perception series for a few years and love them. I think the thing that stands out the most with the Venator binoculars is the clarity of the glass. These are well worth the money.

I purchased these from a recommendation of a friend. I was looking for the best clear glass but not break the bank. These binoculars are exactly what I was looking for. I use them for hunting and birding. I absolutely love them.

We compared two brands and chose Upland. We had no problem with the view adjustment as some reviewers said. Comfortable handling, very clear optics, easy adjustments, very good value. Excellent purchase.
