This nasal spray was recommended by my ent doc and it has worked wonders for me. I was bit skeptical while going to the buyers reactions but after using this product nothing works like this product, so it’s obviously not the same. I highly recommend it!

My ears have been giving me trouble since I had a series of colds this winter. I didn't have a cold but 3 weeks ago my left ear was totally stopped up again. After reading reviews I decided to try this. I started using it last Friday, every night before bed and first thing in the morning...I could hear in my left ear again yesterday(4 days of use). 👏 Still not 100% but so much better. It's a little expensive but was cheaper than a Dr visit.

Husband was so stopped up it was affecting his hearing. It took several times using it but his ear finally unclogged.

This product may or may not help you. I took a risk and paid the ridiculous price. I was hoping for a miracle, but no dice. This stuff causes pressure and congestion to increase. I can not recommend this. Afrin moisturizing pump mist that comes in the purple box works best for me. I don’t use much, just at bedtime for use with my CPAP. I use Flonase in the AM, it helps so much but by bedtime I need a little extra help.

So I've been having this issue with my ears for a couple months. I've had pressure so bad sometimes it feels like I would faint. I've been to a specialist and there is nothing they could find, but suggested I may have an allergy or that my Eustachian tubes are not working properly. I also have experienced weird noises and my ear feels like it is blocking and unblocking at random times. If I yawn in the shower I'll hear it open up but sometimes it's like it doesn't fully unblock-- like for lack of a better term it feels like it catches and then closes back. Sometimes I've had it to actually completely unblock and I feel great. No noise or pressure but it doesn't last very long and throws me back into the cycle.This spray did help relieve the pressure when it comes. I don't always feel it. But when I do this spray will relieve about 80% of the pressure but it doesn't minimize the noises that I'm aware of. But just on a regular basis if I'm stopped up at night and I reach for it- it isn't a miracle. I follow the instructions and it will take a while before the effects actually set in. As opposed to Afrin when there's almost an immediate relief. Yes this spray will break up congestion in my nose... But again it's not a miracle. I don't know. It does something that is beneficial for me like helping with the pressure but it doesn't completely resolve any issues. Sometimes I'm actually still congested after using this and sometimes I'm not... So it's not completely dependable. If you're trying to do everything naturally this may be a choice for you but just know it is not instant relief for everyone as a lot of these reviews would suggest. Try it. It may or may not work.

Item is great but package arrived crushed every time

I realize every product may not work exactly the same for everyone, but I can say after a few days of using Pressureze it definitely worked for me. Instead of waiting for the problem to return I plan to use it everyday to keep my ear and sinuses clean so they stay clear. Great product!

I'm so disappointed in this product. I read the reviews and I was extremely hopeful that this product would work for my sinus issues. It does do SOMETHING, but not what I was wanting it to.So, it comes in a little sprayer bottle and you basically pump 3 sprays into each nostril while tilting your head back slightly (raising your nose in the air a little), and you breathe in quickly to sniff it up your nose. This stuff went down my throat immediately. It's gross. No, No, no, this is not what I want in a nasal product. I pay extra for products that DON'T go down my throat (i.e. Flonase Sensimist vs the regular Flonase). Yuck. I was immediately turned off, but thought, hey, if this works as well as people say, maybe I will just suck it up.I noticed that my congestion was going away and my head was starting to feel a little better. WOW! It was a miracle! I blew my nose gently and did another 3 sprays up each nostril, grimacing at more salt/saline flooding down the back of my throat. Ugh. Waited the recommended 30 seconds and blew my nose gently again. I. Could. Breathe!Thought this was the holy grail of nasal products and then about 30 minutes later, my headache came back and I was congested again. So disappointed.The product works and really, if it didn't go down my throat all the time, I would just spray the hell out of my sinuses every time I needed it, since it's just saline. But the throat flood is something that is not okay for me and something I choose to avoid so, this is not the product for me. I will keep looking.
