Spring in a Bottle!
This is absolutely one of my favorite little indulgences! It truly is springtime in a bottle. Wonderful over ice, mixed with club soda or gin. My favorite concoction is: muddle some juicy blackberries and a couple of slices of cucumber in the bottom of a tall glass, add as much gin as you like, add Belvoir Elderflower Presse, and top off with some club soda. (My own recipe.) So refreshing!
