I was so so excited when I got this so I can begin my journey to quick smoking. As soon as this hit my lips I perferred nothing more than to just smoke a whole carton of cigarettes and give up on all the hype I was believing. I bought a mint one assuming it would be close to a menthol flavor. Nope… I must have accidentally ordered a shampoo flavor because that’s exactly the taste it was. Like chewing on the cap of the empty bottle. Disgusting. Instantly went in the trash and was so disappointed I don’t think this company could rectify it by sending another one.. no thanks. Go else where and spend the extra money because this is clearly some very poorly made knock off version.

Very mild and relaxing. For those determined, this will help. Today is day 4 of my quitting smoking cigarettes. This, mint toothpicks and fidget spinners have been very helpful. I also drink mint and Mullein tea in place of cigarettes. I carry this little diffuser everywhere. I was smoking almost 2 packs a day. My body hates it. My mind loves it. But this little diffuser is bringing balance. I'm tense but this is truly helpful.

There is an odd burning sensation when chewing on the rubber. It doesn’t taste good or feel good. The mint taste isn’t truly present either.

I guess it just wasn't what I expected. It's not as effective as I would've liked.

I second a prior review, the human chew toy and it’s helping me with the simulation of a vape. I miss the vapor/smoke but the flavor and physical sensation actually makes me feel like I hit something, there’s even a bit of sound(air) AND I can chew on it and flick it around, etc (my pencils are rescued!). Looking into other flavors/refills!

Not worth the money

So good! I got this to help me with my oral fixation while I am quitting vaping and it works amazing. I do not experience cravings or urges to hit a vape when I chew on it/have it in my mouth/blow through it. I was a mint vape girl so this is perfecttt cause it’s pretty minty and simulates the icy vape hit that I be craving. I love it and will be buying another one once mine is all chewed up LOL
