Quality Product and Great Customer Service
This vacuum sealer is great. I do a lot of hunting and fishing and needed a better way to store meat so it wouldn’t go bad. The suction is strong and I have not had any issues with bags coming unsealed. Also the customer service/company was very helpful and easy to get a hold of to activate my warranty. The sealer seems high quality, but if I have any issues I am confident they will take care of it quickly and professionally.

Good Value
IT Sucks in a good way :). Comparable units with the same suction were 20 to 30 dollars more and did not come with any bags.I've used it twice and it gave a good seal..

does not produce an adequate vacuum…
This is a marinated steak, vacuum-sealed and frozen. You can see the air pockets where the vacuum sealer did not completely draw out all the air, and the meat will be susceptible to freezer burn. This machine just does not produce an adequate vacuum. I did not have this issue with my old vacuum sealer.
