If I could have given it 0 stars I would have
Horrible appliance. We would have been better off buying a cheap freezer from Lowes. It broke three months after we received it. Took them two months to replace it. They damaged that one on delivery. Got another and it lasted three months same verse same as the first. Fixed this one 3 times and repair men said do not buy another duker. They offered us a 100.00 GC. and will do no more. Never again.

Perfect size for my business

Sweats and ice freezes on the door.
Reported a problem to the company one week after purchase. They said they would call back. They have not called back yet. Placed frozen food on the top shelf and all the shelves dropped to the bottom like dominoes. Very disappointed
