These are pretty good tasting, it's a lemonade type flavor. I didn't find them to taste overly salty like the name may suggest. They taste very similar to the "hydration multiplier" brand. I typically dilute these (and all electrolyte powders) with a bit more water that it calls for on the package as a matter of preference. I found these to work well, I felt like they kept me well hydrated.I love that the manufacturer is GMP certified, so I know that these are manufactured under hygienic conditions.

Like a lot of electrolytes, this is high in sodium. It's really hard to find electrolytes that are not high in sodium and this seems to have less than others I've seen. This has instructions to dilute as well as have a stronger flavor which I love. I often find myself using twice the amount of water as needed because I don't like things super flavorful. The flavor of this is bright and refreshing and tastes just like lemonade.One good thing too, is that if I do dilute it a little bit then I'm not getting as much sodium intake if I only use a half a pack for 16 oz let's say.It is sugar-free as well and a lot of the ingredients are derived from corn in it. This has maltodextrin, citric acid, etc. And it does explain in the package a lot of the components of this special electrolyte. It is a different type of electrolyte and is absorbed in the stomach a little bit differently than others may be. It is very interesting to read about on the card inside the box and I do wish this pack came with a few more than just eight! However, I will enjoy these eight and use them when I intend on working out or sweating a lot as that is when I needed the most.

I have mixed feelings about this electrolyte powder. I think the flavoring and sodium content are way too high for a standard water bottle you get at the store. It mixes well and the flavor is strong, but it probably needs at least 24 ounces of water to make it comparable in flavor and saltiness to similar products on the market. Overall, I think this is a decent product. It has a fair price compared to similar products. I think you can even extend it a bit by using half a packet at a time.

I gotta admit, this is way too strong if you put it in the 16 fluid oz water bottles (16.9 oz = standard size of store bought bottles). It's super salty and tastes very chemical-y. I tried to dilute it more (it suggests up to 24 fl oz), and it was better, but it still wasn't fun going down. I could barely finish it. That being said, I'm also not a fan of the taste of Liquid IV, so maybe I'm just more sensitive. Still, there are other electrolyte powders that taste much better and aren't as expensive.

This stuff is fantastic. I enjoy drinking this while I do my yard work. I'm usually very drained just thinking I'm exhausted from working in the Sun but now I drink this as I do it and find out my exhaustion is really just dehydration. It tastes really good and the flavor is easier to adjust just adding more or less water. It's very strong with just 16 oz but I like using it with 24 oz. The taste is still strong and the hydration is beneficial. I can even refill my water container and still get a lemony taste.It always completely dissolves with a shake. I have never had powder in my mouth with the last sip.

Not the best flavor I have tried. The powder does not dissolve very well or quickly. You need to really shake this stuff up which is kind of a chore each time I try it. The fact it takes so long to dissolve makes my water appear as if there are weird shiny pieces of plastic in my water. Super off putting. Wouldn't really recommend.

I'm a person who loves to cram in a good workout, so I decided to pick up some ZestLytes to help keep my levels balanced. Some electrolyte mixes can be too salty, but this one was a perfect refreshing amount. It had a nice lemony zing to it, and provided the right amount of flavor for my 16 oz cup. It is advertised as salty, but thankfully, the salt is not overwhelming. I definitely recommend this for those who are watching their weight and want to keep up their electrolyte levels, especially after a workout. For those who are practicing keto, just be aware that this has 6 carbs, which makes it still low carb friendly, but it might be an issue for those who need to watch their carbs strictly.

These ZestLytes Salty Lemon Flavor Hydration Powder Electrolyte Drink Mix packets work pretty well.The flavor tastes like lemonade, but not overly sweet lemonade, still has some tartness to it.The packets mix up well in a pretty standard 16ounce bottle, which is pretty normal for these drink mixes. You can certainly mix it in a larger bottle for a weaker flavor if desired. We did not find it to be "salty" at all, so if you are concerned about that, I really didn't taste salt much at all.We're pretty happy with these and would order it again.
