Plastic parts and bad customer service from distributor
After 4 uses my wife and son were getting plastic pieces in their juice. When I called the US based reps I was told that we were using it wrong. We have been juicing for 20 years and it is not complicated to assemble and use.They sent a replacement part and after the first use with new part, more plastic and evidence of damage. Santos refused to ship a replacement. A refund was issued.Any juicer with a $1600+ price tag should not have a plastic impeller supporting the centrifugal basket. We bought a Ceado ES500 instead.

OUTSTANDING JUICER!
I bought this juicer for personal use because I am going to be using it on a daily basis for high level juicing. It is so easy to juice and cleaning is a breeze. It is the highest quality juicer I have ever owned. Of course since it is a commercial juicer it should be. Well worth the money. It's a breeze to put together. LOVE IT!
