Does it works with cold water?Or only works with hot water?

Extremely poor customer service. I will never buy from this company again. They absolutely refused to fill out a tiny form required by my state, therefore costing an extra 400$ in sales tax on top of the 650$ they already collected from me. Only one out of 5 agents I spoke with even attempted to return my calls just to get a bill of sale. And unit is only 3 months old with 20 hours and I've already got a brake light out(bulbs are good and all othwr lights), a ball valve is cracking and a main water hose is falling off. In general the unit runs well and performs well, but I'm getting several spots of rust on top of the other issues. Save yourself the hassle, stay far away from northern tool and their products.

I bought mine used about 6 to 7 years ago.you have to keep at least 1/4 tank of water in it for it to pick up water...my main concern with the unit is the steel that the hitch is constructed with mine bellied up and cracked!!! The unit doesn't have a lot of tounge weight I never pulled it that far with it full of water... Northstar may have fixed the problem by now like I said my was two years old when I got it it's been setting 2 years,I just had a new tounge installed on it but unit as far as washing does a grate job I just have to keep it hooked up to a water source !!!
