So far so good. I work in the Auto Collision Repair business, and I have used several of these from different manufacturers through the years. This one is no different. It works well, and contrary to other reviews, I find the storage case to have Better organization than others I've had, and sufficiently strong. Replacement parts have always been an issue with China made equipment in the past, I'll just have to wait and see how this one goes. The price was pretty good which influenced my decision to buy. Wish me luck!

This set is a great tool for heavy-duty hydraulic work. I’ve used it for various repairs, and it provides plenty of force without any issues. The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to set up and use. Definitely a good investment for the shop!

Product works great - the case is junk - was already broken when I received it.

This product is decent it does do its job correctly. The only negative thing at this point I can say it was not made in the United States. The material is a little soft from what it’s made of but it does do its job we will see how long it lasts.

I have not used it yet but Black Hawk and otc have been quality built items in the past. (I have a 30 year old 4 ton that still works fine} and for the price you cant beet it $216 .The pump has a pressure gaugea nice addition and the pipe diameter is slightly bigger than the Chinese and the parts are just over all nicer. The case has wheels to roll around where its 87 lb.s added plus . So over all if you are looking to get a 10 ton and haven't compared the Chinese to black hack or otc there is a difference but if you are only going to truly use it once or twice and not push it to the ten ton capacity than the cheaper ones might just be fine for you,

It's a good quality unit, with plenty of accessories to vary the applications you might need to work with.

Good all around product. A little attention to detail would help. There was red paint all over the hydraulic hose, cause some chinese guy didn't care at all when they were painting and packaging it. the hinges on the plastic case were broke when it arrived. normally I'd blame the shipper, but this was packaged with little to no protection in a thin cardboard box. it weights almost 100lbs. The manufacturer should build a heavier duty case for an extremely heavy industrial grade tool. Also the latchs on the case are flimsy plastic tabs, and I'm sure will be broken shortly.

I was a little worried on what it would look like, but after opening the box and finding the case still in one piece I'm happy to report it looks great. I will attempt to use it today to straighten some spring hangers on my travel trailer.. I am sure it's up to the task. I bought a pull-back ram as well and will see how it performs. I think these are all imports, but what isn't anymore? Harbor Freight has one that is not quit the quality this one is as far as fit and finish in the welds and fittings..
