Very unlikely but you would need to check with the company as the product is sourced from various countries; not all as strict as us.

No this is not an instant type dried mix. The vegetables are quite chunky (which is good). They really need cooking for 20mins at least. With the flavouring you said it would be really tasty and healthy.
